At Jean Riche, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and stand behind every product we create. While all sales are final, we will accept returns only if an item is defective or incorrect.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jeanrichethreads@gmail.com.

• To process your return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover all return shipping costs.

• After we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: We provide an accurate sizing chart for all products. We kindly ask that you review and use this chart before completing your purchase, as returns are not accepted for reasons such as sizing, fit, or change of mind.
